and looking for an Associate Dentist at our Clarence & Blasdell
locations. Our state-of-the-art facility features the latest
cutting-edge 3D and fully digital technology, offering an
innovative environment with a significant focus on dental implants.

meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive
dental care to patients. Develop and communicate detailed treatment
plans. Collaborate with hygienists to diagnose and manage
periodontal disease and dental caries. Lead and mentor the clinical
team. Ensure efficient treatment planning and timely patient care.
Own your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Promote referrals and
reviews from patients. Preferred Qualifications: Passion for
providing high-quality patient care Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong leadership and
communication skills. Team player with a positive attitude
Expectations: Show respect and kindness to your team. Maintain
efficient and on-time treatment schedules. Be accountable for your
KPIs Lead the clinical team with professionalism and expertise.
Requirements for this position: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental
