What You'll Do: Lead all daily operations of your stand. Recruit,
hire, and train Brewistas and Shift Leaders. Manage scheduling,
P&L, and team performance. Build a positive, kind, and
accountable culture. Requirements: What We Need From You: Proven
leadership and management experience. Strong organizational and
financial skills. Ability to create and lead a high-performing
team. Salary Description $62,353.20 starting pay $550 monthly bonus
opportunity Guarantee ($62,353.20 Annually) Monthly bonus
