Finance-Focused | Long-Cycle Sales Buffalo Solar Solutions is
seeking a B2B Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing
team. This role is ideal for a consultative, disciplined
professional who enjoys working directly with business owners and
executives on large, long-term capital projects that reduce
operating costs and improve cash flow. This is not a high-pressure,
transactional sales role. You will be supported by an internal team
of analysts and engineers and will focus on guiding decision-makers
through financially driven infrastructure investments rather than
selling on price. What This Role Looks Like Majority inside sales
with occasional, purposeful client site visits A qualified pipeline
is provided you are not starting from scratch Direct conversations
with CFOs, CEOs, and owners about: Operating expenses and cost
control Cash-flow and return on investment Project structure,
incentives, and risk management Partner with internal specialists
who handle detailed design, modeling, and technical analysis Lead
the customer relationship from first conversation through signed
agreement No prior solar or technical experience is required. You
bring business acumen and sales discipline; our team provides the
technical and financial depth. What Youll Be Selling Long-term
building and energy infrastructure upgrades that help businesses
stabilize and reduce operating costs. Projects are structured as
capital investments with clear financial outcomes, not short-term
purchases. Compensation & Growth Path $49,000 base salary during
ramp-up Transition to performance-based compensation after initial
commission milestone is reached Structured training and mentorship
