This role is ideal for someone with restoration industry knowledge or proven experience in building strong business relationships in a competitive sales environment. What Youll Do: Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in water, fire, and mold restoration services. Represent Rapid Dry with professionalism and integrity in the community. Educate potential clients and partners on our services and value. Track sales activity and maintain detailed client records. What Were Looking For: Previous experience in the restoration industry or proven success in outside sales/business development. Strong relationship-building skills with a hunter mentality. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking ability. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
