Job Description:
As a Home Furnishing Consultant at {EMPLOYER-DESC}, you will be
instrumental in guiding customers through the selection and
purchase of home furniture and decor. Your role will involve
understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on home
furnishing solutions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the
latest design trends. You will work within our dynamic sales team
to drive sales through exceptional customer service and a deep
understanding of our product range. Engage with customers to
determine their home furnishing needs and provide tailored advice.
Present and sell furniture and decor items that match customer
preferences and budgets. Keep abreast of the latest trends in home
furnishings and design. Process sales transactions and arrange for
delivery and installation services. Maintain the appearance of the
sales floor and product displays. Collaborate with the design team
to offer customized furnishing solutions. Develop and maintain
relationships with existing customers through excellent service and
follow-up. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
apply knowledge of interior design to meet customer needs
Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills Keen eye for aesthetics
