Pay Rate: $20-25/hour (based on experience)
**Sign-On Bonus $1200**After the completion of one year of service.
Job Summary:The Production Coordinator will provide support towards the scheduler with entering and printing job folders, drawings, travelers, and quality assurance requirements. Communicates with machinists, purchasing, sales, operations, and management as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Production Assistant in planning and performing production related activities.
• Prioritize, plan, and schedule production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.
• Creates and maintains inventory for standard items for Production Assistant.
• Communicate production updates and errors to Production Assistant on regular basis.
• Create and maintain schedule for internal orders.
• Answer phones as back-up.Requirements:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Requires effective oral and written communication skills,

  • Computer literacy with all Microsoft applications

  • Effective problem solving
  • Exceptional attention to detail & time-management skillExperience and Education:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 1 - 3 years manufacturing experience
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
