This position reports to the Farm Manager and supports the farm by operating a farm truck and other farm equipment, and other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:In this job you will:Drive truck from our warehouse to the field and drive alongside the harvester in the field.Desired Qualifications:At least 4 years working in farming, operating farm equipment and crop productionAbility to understand and operate computerized equipment and general computer softwareAbility to work extended hours as needed during seasonal surges of harvest, planting and shippingPotato equipment experience preferred but not requiredElectrical and mechanical repair experienceBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredWork AuthorizationIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form uponCompensationWage will be based on experience and skills.AAP/EEO StatementCSS Farms is an EOE.CSS Farms expressly prohibits any form of workplace harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
