To achieve these goals, we need people like you. The Content Design
Lead is a member of the Operational Excellence team, reporting
directly to the Director Operational Excellence User Adoption and
is responsible for designing experiential learning experiences to
drive adoption for Operational Excellence projects. This role will
create training content and platforms to support all phases of
projects connected with Operational Excellence.
To ensure we hire the right person for the position, we are open to

What Great Looks Like in the Role
The successful candidate will collaborate with a broad set of
partners and audiences, internally and externally. Learnings must
have long term goals of project and measurable learning outcomes.
Identifies and oversees the development of specific functional and
technical training to support user adoption. This includes managing
relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Liaises with the Transformational Management Office and other
functions to create communication and training plans that drive
user adoption to ensure alignment with company goals.
Design and development of programming supports the needs of the
Learning Manager, Operational Excellence for projects as well as
supporting the development of district, in-unit Subject Matter
Experts who support deployment and sustainment efforts.
Required Skills and Experience
Associate or Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience.
7-10 years' experience in instructional design; 2-3 years'
experience with project management.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across the
Experienced in instructional design for varied delivery methods
(e.g. eLearning, Instructor Led Training, Virtual, Job Aids).
Knowledge of Adult learning principles.
Strong working knowledge navigating Enterprise LMS and database
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite application such as Word,
Experienced in working with eLearning and other virtual training
Demonstrated project and change management experience.
Technical or Soft Skill training certifications/licenses
Experience in Quality Assurance, lean methodologies or Six Sigma is
Experience with Captivate a plus.
