Crisis Services is currently seeking a Crisis Response Program
Supervisor to provide direction to our Mobile Transitional Support
and Mobile Outreach teams. The primary goals of these programs are
client safety, emergency department diversion, and secure linkage
to ongoing outpatient mental health services. This position plays a
critical role in supporting our mission to provide crisis support

Response Program Supervisor provides service to two programs of the
Emergency Mental Health Response Services Department. The Program
Supervisor is responsible for the direction and oversight of the
Mobile Transitional Support (MTS) Program. The MTS program is
responsible for providing mobile clinical interventions to
individuals recently released from inpatient psychiatric care where
community based clinical services are largely not available, care
management may not be immediately available and crisis outreach is
not appropriate. This program provides clinical intervention and
peer support to facilitate a lowering of the individuals acute
distress to avoid an emergency department presentation, or further
escalation of symptoms that may result in an interruption of
community tenure.This position also provides clinical supervision
to staff in the Mobile Outreach (MOR) Program. The MOR program is a
24/7 program responsible for providing on-site crisis intervention
and assessments to individuals in crisis or emergency mental health
situations, as well as providing trauma response services for
individuals having experienced a traumatic event. Services are
focused on safety and hospital/jail diversion.Job Types:Full Time,
40 hours per weekPay:$71,500 per year; with additional
consideration based on candidate qualifications and
experience.Schedule:Flexible within regular business hours, with
some evening hours, as neededMonday through FridayResponsible for
participation in rotating on-call supervisory consult
responsibilities outside of scheduled work week.Work
Setting:Community-basedHybrid remoteWhat you will bring to this
position:Masters degree from an accredited college or university
(required)Clinical licensure in Social Work (LCSW) (required)At
least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a mental health
setting providing clinical intervention servicesTwo (2) years of
supervised experience (pre- or post-graduate) providing clinical
intervention services to individuals in a mental health
settingExperience working with individuals with severe and
persistent mental illnessExperience with a variety of clinical
intervention techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy
(CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, crisis intervention,
motivational interviewing, conflict resolution therapy, anxiety
reduction techniques, anger management techniques, and dialectical
behavior therapy (DBT), as well as a working knowledge of
trauma-informed careDemonstrated ability and experience working
with diverse populationsA valid NYS drivers license and access to a
