The information audited will be used to improve reporting and tracking systems to measure progress toward goals and objectives of the department and the company. Work on a daily basis to identify and track the various metrics which are critical in our day to day operations. Would be responsible for identifying and communicating inconsistencies and possible issues to the appropriate personnel as soon as possible.-- Assist in maintaining various weekly and monthly files related to milk procurement and meet the deadlines in submission of these files. Assists in compiling and analyzing milk procurement KPI data on a monthly basis. Participate in special CSR projects that require cross-functional communication and coordination across SC / Industrial and/or finance divisions. Will input data where needed and correct data that is incorrect in the DSI system after it has been deemed to be invalid on the milk tickets. Preferred study in Supply Chain, Agricultural Sustainability, Agricultural Business Management, Dairy Science, or a related field.-- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in order to integrate activities into various systems.--Skills / Abilities / Specialized Knowledge Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and/or governmental regulations.-- Must have ability to write reports, business correspondence, and power point presentations.-- Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Should have ability to calculate figures and analyzing data. Needs to have computer skills (Excel) and data entry is a necessary part of this job. --
