Job Description:


  • Plan and participate in outbound activities aimed at expanding sales from list(s) of additional Prospect Accounts developed with Sales and Marketing Teams.
  • Develop an understanding of Sealing Devices' offerings, market environment, and competitive landscape to effectively increase interest in, and use of, company products, capabilities, and services.
  • Support and maintain Company Profit Margin guidelines while meeting sales expectations from assigned accounts.
  • Promote existing and new/emerging products and production processes.
  • Provide support services necessary to help identify, size, and specify customer application requirements.
  • Responsible for follow-up, qualification, and closing any customer/prospect-driven inbound leads within company ERP & CRM.
  • Develop accounts by learning customer buying history; suggesting related and new items and being able to explain productand/or capabilities' value.
  • Stay current with customer needs, competition, and industry trends in order to support competitiveness of sales opportunities.
  • Work with internal departments to offer the best mix of product and pricing that meets customer expectations and maximizesprofitable revenue growth.
  • Deliver sales presentations electronically or in person, to supportclosing current and developing opportunities.
  • Meet with Sales Management at regular intervals and as needed to review progress and effectiveness of projects.
  • Maintain and submit various reports including call reports, call plans, sales forecasts, and others as assigned bySales Management.
  • Perform related tasks as deemed necessary by the Sales and Marketing Management Teams to further grow sales opportunities.

    Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members. Salary range for this role is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 on an annual basis.
