Job Description:
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking
a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a
Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the
manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring
quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which
will align successfully within the organization. Job Title:
Production Associate Location: Medina, NY Pay Range: $16.75 Shift:
2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday- Friday What's the Job? Perform final
inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met Stack
and organize finished products for shipment or storage Read work
orders to determine material specifications and requirements
Observe machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions and
report issues promptly Maintain a clean and safe work environment
throughout your shift What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED
required Ability to stand for the entire shift Reliable
transportation to and from work Strong attention to detail and
safety awareness Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
