Job Description Job Description Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Inspector to join their team. As an Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting production and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Inspector Location: Erie, PA Pay Range: $16/hr Plus attendance incentive Shift: 7am to 7pm shift What's the Job? Visually inspects manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality specifications Retrieves parts from injection molding machines for inspection Completes inspection and packaging using provided tools and criteria Documents inspection results and notes discrepancies on internal reports Ensures final approved products are moved to shipping area efficiently What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic English comprehension (verbal and written) Effective communication skills and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Willingness to work any shift, including overtime as required What's in it for me?
