Job Description Job Description Job Brief: We are looking for a full time experienced Truck Driver to serve our logistics department in a safe and timely manner. 2nd shift, Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm with Saturday availability required. Truck Driver responsibilities include: Transport finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing plants Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel receipts Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Collect and verify delivery instructions Report defects, accidents, or violations Requirements: Proven work experience as a Truck Driver 2 years’ experience required with 53’ trailer or similar trailer No recent moving or driving violations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.) Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations CDL Class A Meet all DOT Requirements Benefits: 401(k) matching Disability insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid training Safety equipment provided Trucking Driver Type: Company driver Experience: Driving: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: CDL A (Required) Powered by JazzHR jCmu8unjhS
