What You'll Be Doing - Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance - Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers - Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the truck and equipment - Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times What Are We Looking For - Valid CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement - Strong commitment to safety and customer service - Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends - Capable of lifting, climbing, and working in outdoor conditions - Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Conditions of Employment - Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check - Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment - Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer - $24.09 to $25.09 per hour - Benefits through the Company for Medical, Dental and Vision - Company paid vacation and holidays - Union Pension Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
