Program & Marketing Manager for our Crime Victims Legal Network.

Empire Justice Center is pleased to announce an opening for a
Program & Marketing Manager. The Program & Marketing Manager is a
key member of the Crime Victims Legal Network (CVLN) team,
responsible for leading marketing and communications efforts,
managing the program’s website and digital tools, and supporting
overall program operations. This role blends strategic program
support, technology coordination, and marketing to enhance the
program’s visibility, functionality, and impact. The Managing
Attorney of the practice group will supervise this position. Salary
The referenced pay range/scale represents the estimated minimum and
maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual
salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation
range and determined by considering factors, including but not
limited to, education, experience, qualifications, individual
expertise, market data, and internal equity considerations. The
salary range for this position in Upstate New York is $48,256 to
$64,272. The salary range for this position in Downstate New York
is $54,256 to $64,448, which includes a $6,000 geographic

Requirements: Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Travel to and
work in the Rochester Telesca Center office is required as needed
to meet client and organizational needs. o Hybrid. If the position
is filled locally, it is eligible for a hybrid work request under
the organizational policy. o Remote. Empire Justice will consider
remote applicants, provided they travel to the Rochester Telesca
Center office and make necessary appearances when required. ·
Attend meetings and participate as needed to be an integral part of
Empire Justice Center’s Crime Victims Legal Network (CVLN) team. ·
Responsible for all marketing, promotion, and public relations
activities related to the CVLN project, in consultation with the
Project Leader. · Responsible for CVLN’s social media (Facebook and
Twitter). · Provide administrative and technology support to the
Project Leader and CVLN Attorneys. · Develop reports,
e-newsletters, broadcast emails, and other means to formally
communicate with program partners, Network Partners, Advisory
Committee, and Empire Justice Center staff. · With the project
team, coordinate and host various trainings, including handling all
technological aspects of hosting a webinar from setting up
registration to running the webinar and providing post-webinar
reports. · Develop, update, and maintain systems and processes to
coordinate and track our work. · Collect data and complete
quarterly reports to funders. · Work closely with internal team and
grant partners to maintain and improve the NY Crime Victims Legal
Help website’s design, functionality, user experience, content,
SEO, traffic, and engagement. · Assist in the management of CVLN’s
website's content, including editing existing content, reviewing,
and formatting submitted content. · Manage membership and access to
the member-only section of the site. · Monitor overall website
health, including broken links, and website performance and usage.
· Oversee the migration of the NY Crime Victims Legal Help website
to a new platform. · Coordinate with the technology vendor to
troubleshoot issues, track open tickets, and ensure timely
resolution. · Travel to fulfill grant obligations as necessary. ·
Must demonstrate a high level of comfort and commitment to working
with people from marginalized communities. · Working closely with
your assigned supervisor and participating in regular supervision
meetings, including work plan development and grant deliverable
management. · Please note that all positions will supervise other
practice group members if needed. · Due to limited resources, all
staff are expected to perform administrative and other
support-related duties to serve our clients and fulfill our mission
as a non-profit legal services organization. · Other duties as
assigned by your supervisor and/or to meet the organization’s
needs. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) ·
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. · Ability to produce
high-quality written material and meet tight deadlines. ·
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word,
Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint), and ability to learn other
applications quickly. · Strong proficiency with web-based training
applications, such as Zoom. · Practice effective time management
and demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines. · Must demonstrate
strong communication skills, including proficiency in technology
that facilitates the delivery of communication, documents, and
other materials. · Must demonstrate excellent skills in document
and form creation, report writing, pulling reports, and word
processing. · Strong proficiency with social media platforms, such
as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Bluesky. · Excellent grammar,
spelling, and punctuation skills. · Experience working
collaboratively and effectively with other team members. · Must
have the ability to work independently and effectively in a
fast-paced, dynamic organization and have a hybrid capacity. ·
Strong proficiency with graphic design platforms, such as Canva. ·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to
manage priorities effectively. · Experience with website
management. · Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and a high
level of accuracy. · Experience in and commitment to working with
