Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Pay Range: $21–$23/hour Why You Should

Responsibilities: End User Support & Troubleshooting Serve as the
main contact for myEvolv EHR support. Assist users with data entry,
navigation, forms, and workflow questions. Provide support via
phone, email, remote tools, and onsite visits. Document issues and
resolutions. Identify root causes of user issues and recommend
solutions. Escalate technical problems to IT and track progress.
System Knowledge & Navigation Maintain strong working knowledge of
EHR features and workflows. Help staff use documentation and
navigation processes correctly. Participate in Super User meetings
and improvement projects. Work with Strategy & Innovation and IT to
enhance system usability. Enhancements, Upgrades & Improvements
Support planning, testing, and rollout of EHR enhancements and
upgrades. Help Desk & User Access Log, prioritize, and manage EHR
support tickets. Ensure timely communication and follow?up. Create,
modify, or deactivate user accounts and permissions. Ensure
appropriate and secure access. Training, Documentation, and
Compliance Create guides, tutorials, and training materials.
Deliver onboarding and refresher training. Promote accurate
documentation and report inconsistencies. Follow HIPAA, OPWDD, and
internal privacy practices. Additional Duties Perform other
responsibilities to support operations and user experience. What
You Bring: Education Associate degree in Health Information
Management, Human Services, Information Systems, or related field
required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. OR 4 years of direct EHR
experience in place of a degree. Experience Minimum 2 years working
with an EHR (support, workflows, or documentation). Experience
delivering training is a plus. Familiarity with OPWDD or healthcare
documentation preferred. Skills & Competencies Communication &
Problem-Solving Skills Clear, professional communication with
diverse users. Ability to explain processes simply and effectively.
Ability to analyze issues, identify trends, and recommend
solutions. Comfortable interpreting policies and applying them in
practice. Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of EHR navigation and troubleshooting.
Organizational Skills Detail?oriented, efficient, and able to
manage multiple priorities. Collaborative and customer service
