Job Description:

& Beverage Operations team. This role is pivotal in championing

in menu development, team leadership, and operational efficiency,

and fulfilling environment. Oversee and innovate menu development
and meal creation for diverse culinary operations. Ensure top
quality and consistency with all dishes leaving the kitchen. Manage
and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and skilled team
environment. Monitor and manage budgetary and financial
responsibilities. Source high-quality ingredients, maintaining
relationships with vendors and suppliers. Implement and maintain
health and safety regulations in all culinary areas. Collaborate
with management and other departments to enhance customer
satisfaction and operational efficiency. Profound knowledge in
various cooking techniques and cuisines Strong leadership,
