Community Health Clinic between Buffalo and Rochester, New York, Looking for Permanent Dental Provider

Quick Facts:

FQHC Serving 30,000 at 11 locations since 1973

Full Health Services offered onsite including Primary Care, Pediatric, Vision, DDS, and Behavioral Health

4 OPS, 1 Assistant, and 1 Hygienist

4-day work week Monday-Thursday

Team-focused: Prioritizes the needs of the team over their own

General Dentistry - Endo, Fillings, Extractions, Crowns, and Bridges

Provide day-to-day supervision of dental assistants and dental hygienists

Participate in annual continuing dental education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Follow all exposure and infection control protocols.

Engage in departmental peer review processes to maintain quality standards.

Lock all completed notes within three days of the visit.1.5 patients per hour
