Job Description 3B Healthcare Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy Level II for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Endoscopy - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job details: Position: RN Endo/GI Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am -8pm; on call required for overnights and weekends Shift type: 5, 8hr shifts OR 4, 10hr shifts Pay package: negotiable Job Duties -Answering patient questions and addressing their concerns. -Observing patient vital signs. -Sedating patients before procedures. -Recovering patients after procedures. -Administering the necessary medication to patients. -Completing all necessary documentation including patient notes and discharge documents. -Preparing the instruments, equipment, and supplies for the procedure. -Cleaning and sterilizing equipment before use. -Providing assistance to Doctors throughout the procedure. -Administering IV drips. Requirements: - NY state RN license required - BLS, and ACLS Certification (AHA ONLY) - 2 years previous endoscopy procedure experience - Telemetry monitoring and rhythm identification Required - Conscious sedation and Expert IV insertion - Recovering patients from general anesthesia required - Performing intake for GI procedures Requirements:/n- NY state RN license required/n- BLS, and ACLS Certification (AHA ONLY)/n- 2 years previous endoscopy procedure experience/n- Telemetry monitoring and rhythm identification Required/n- Conscious sedation and Expert IV insertion/n- Recovering patients from general anesthesia required/n- Performing intake for GI procedures About 3B Healthcare Inc.
