Position: Senior Credentialing Coordinator Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Days What We’re Looking For • High School Diploma required • 3 years of credentialing healthcare experience • CPCS or CMSC certification preferred • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage compliance standards and multiple projects What You’ll Do • Oversee all aspects of provider credentialing and privileging • Verify education, training, licensure, and certifications for medical staff • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies • Serve as liaison between administration and medical staff • Coordinate meetings, agendas, documentation, and credentialing records • Mentor and cross-train team members • Lead strategic credentialing projects and process improvements If you’re passionate about maintaining excellence in healthcare standards and supporting medical staff success, we’d love to hear from you.
