This position features a unique 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off schedule, in either a W2 or 1099 model. You’ll join a collaborative 3-physician model where 2 are always on while 1 is off, supporting a low-volume call structure and a healthy work-life balance. Position Highlights: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Schedule 8 Weekday shifts/month 8 Weekday Calls/month (5p-7a) 3 Weekend Day Calls/month (7a-7a) Also work with 2 CRNA’s who work semi-independently and help with call Diverse Case Mix: Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, General, Podiatry Low After-Hours Volume: ~10–12 cases monthly after 7 PM State-of-the-Art Facility: 4 ORs, Da Vinci Xi Robot Hospital-Employed: Full benefits, $475K base salary, sign-on, relocation, CME, retirement match Independent yet Team-Based Environment: CRNAs run rooms, MDs assist and supervise Discover the lifestyle you’ve been craving in one of Wyoming’s most vibrant gateway communities.
