Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Dialysis RN in Rochester, New York, 14611! Job Title:

Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Outpatient and chronic
dialysis experience required - Previous charge nurse/team leader
experience required - Ability to run a 4:1 assignment - Familiarity
with EPIC charting system Description: We are seeking a registered
nurse with a specialty in dialysis. The nurse will be responsible
for managing a patient assignment ratio of 4:1. Charge nurse
responsibilities will include overseeing 21 stations. The schedule
will typically be Monday to Friday, 05:30 AM to 06:00 PM. Saturday
shifts may be required on a rotating basis, with occasional Sunday
shifts due to holidays. The role requires floating to all dialysis
locations as needed. Candidates should have experience with chronic
outpatient dialysis and be able to administer blood and blood
products. Additional skills needed include cannulation of AV grafts
and fistulas, and experience with various alarms on dialysis
machines. Infection control, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and
the management of potential complications such as fluid overload
and hypotension are important aspects of the role. The selected
candidate must have a strong commitment to patient care and
teamwork. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work
under pressure are essential for success in this position. 5
