Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 14 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, flexible - Employment Type: Travel Electrophysiology Registered Nurse - 3x12 Hour Shifts Location New York Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 3 x 12 hour shifts, primarily days with some late nights, holidays, and on-call as needed. No weekends required. Job Description An electrophysiology technologist performs diagnostic electrophysiology procedures and interventions in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, ensuring equipment functionality, monitoring data during procedures, and assisting with lab analysis. The EP RN will assist physicians with pacing implementations and the installation of permanent devices related to cardiac health. Responsibilities - Communicate effectively with physicians and in-room staff to ensure all equipment and supplies are available. - Assist in facilitating room turnover and timely patient care. - Coordinate with charge nurses and third-party vendors for scheduled procedures. - Prepare patients and equipment at the sterile field for studies and ablations. - Maintain fluids for ablation catheters and assist with ablation procedures. - Remain patient-focused while assisting Anesthesia and documenting during studies and ablations. - Provide backup pacing during implants. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - New York State Nursing License. - 2 years of experience in a similar role. - BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Why ARMStaffing?
