Registered Nurse (RN) | Dialysis Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,096 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Dialysis Charge Nurse – New York Start Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Rochester, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts), days vary based on staffing needs; rotating Saturdays with occasional Sundays due to holidays; 36 guaranteed hours per week Highlights: Leadership role as Charge Nurse/Team Leader managing a 21-station dialysis unit Outpatient and chronic dialysis setting with 4:1 patient assignment Charge bump included in pay structure Epic charting system experience preferred May float to other dialysis locations as needed One year minimum experience required Requirements: Active New York state nursing license required prior to submission Previous Charge Nurse or Team Leader experience required Outpatient and chronic dialysis experience required Ability to run a 4:1 patient assignment and manage 21-station unit operations Proficiency in stringing and setting up Fresenius machines BLS certification required Epic charting experience strongly preferred Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility location Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced dialysis nurse to step into a leadership role where you'll make a meaningful impact on patient care.
