Under the general supervision of our experienced Surgeons, you will provide extensive perioperative elective and emergent care to surgical patients. Through our Cross-Trained Model, you’ll gain direct First Assist experience in the OR across multiple services and subspecialties. Our stepwise training approach ensures strong mentorship and progressive responsibility—ideal for motivated Physician Assistants eager to build skill and confidence in a fast-paced setting. As part of our dynamic surgical team, you'll be exposed to a wide variety of surgical specialties, including: General Surgery, Robotic Surgery, Bariatric, Thoracic, Colo-Rectal, Orthopedics, Hand, ENT, Neurosurgery, Plastics, Urology, and Vascular. LOCATION: Unity Hospital - Rochester, NY RESPONSIBILITIES/ATTRIBUTES Monday-Friday; Days Inpatient/OR First Assist Limited OR call requirement Cross-trained across 9 services Ability to work in a fast paced environment OFFERINGS Lucrative compensation Paid malpractice with tail coverage Relocation services 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME Loan forgiveness Comprehensive health benefits PAY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
