Job Title: Cardiac Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiac Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 AM to 7 PM) Experience: Two (2) years License: RN License (New York) Certifications: BLS Certification, ACLS Certification Must-Have: - RN License (New York) - BLS Certification (American Heart Association) - Two (2) years of experience - Operating room experience in a level 1 trauma (highly desired) - Ability to scrub and circulate - ACLS Certification (American Heart Association) Description: The Cardiac Operating Room provides care for a diverse range of patients. Patients include those undergoing CABGs, TAVIs, and patients with heart failure, including VADs, ECMO, artificial hearts, and heart transplants. A multidisciplinary approach is utilized in caring for patients of all ages. Candidates must possess a valid RN license in New York and hold relevant certifications.
