Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel
nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Rochester,

Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg Tele /n/n Job Details: /n •
Work 3x12 hour shifts in day/night rotation schedule /n• Every
other weekend required /n• Must be available for some holidays /n•
Manage patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:7 for Med Surg patients /n• Care
for 26-bed unit primarily serving CHF patients, acute MI cases,
post device care (pacemakers), and patients with arrhythmias /n•
Floating to other units is required /n• Must have New York license
in hand - no exceptions /n• EPIC charting experience required /n•
Required certifications: ACLS and BLS /n• Must have minimum 1 year
of experience /n• First time travelers accepted /n• Local
candidates not accepted (must be more than 75 mile radius) /n•
Scrub color requirements: any combination of navy and white /n•
Responsibilities include cardiac monitoring, emergency response,
interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of rapid
response/code teams, IV therapy/phlebotomy, peripheral line
care/management, respiratory care including nasal cannula and
oxygen administration, and isolation precautions /n/n Facility: /n
