X-Ray Tech Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Job.com Pay: $2,000 to $2,400 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position The X-Ray Technician will provide diagnostic imaging services for adult and pediatric patients in both acute and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include performing routine and emergency radiographic procedures, bedside and portable X-rays, and assisting with OR and C-Arm procedures. The technician must demonstrate proficiency in full-body imaging, including chest, abdomen, spine, extremities, and trauma cases. Accurate image processing and documentation using PACS and EPIC are required. The role involves following radiation safety standards, collaborating with clinical teams, floating as needed, and participating in on-call coverage as scheduled. Requirements Requirements • NY State X-Ray License (in hand) • ARRT (R) • BLS • EPIC experience (mandatory) • Minimum 1 year of experience • No local candidates within 50 miles
