Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room Level III for a travel nursing job in Geneva, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 16 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 9 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - OR PACU /n/n Job Details: /n • Call rotation includes 1 weekday of call per week and approximately 3 full weekends of call during contract /n• Float between Geneva General Hospital and Finger Lakes Surgery Center /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (all through AHA or RQI only) and NIHSS /n• New York State RN licensure required /n• Apply nursing knowledge and technical skills in delivering high quality compassionate care /n• Assess patient and family needs through active listening and direct observation /n• Develop individualized, age-appropriate and culturally relevant care plans /n• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members /n• Provide direct patient care and evaluate patient progress throughout episodes of care /n• Promote patient comfort and provide emotional support in healing environment /n• Provide care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations with medical conditions /n• Conduct patient and family education for self-care beyond hospitalization /n• Delegate tasks and interventions appropriate to individual education and scope of practice /n• Demonstrate skill in medication administration and various nursing interventions /n• Comply with infection prevention strategies and bloodborne pathogen protocols /n• Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and professional development /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical facility providing surgical and post-anesthesia care services.
