RESIDENTIAL SERVICES MANAGER Supervisory experience Strong
communication and customer service skills Management experience in
the service field is a plus. YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR RESIDENTIAL
SERVICES MANAGER This heating and cooling management position
operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM , with an on-call
rotation for phone support. The role is primarily based in our
office, with occasional ride-alongs. As the Residential Services
Manager, you will oversee our HVAC technicians, ensuring they
perform repairs and maintenance effectively. You will manage their
daily operations, performance appraisals, and improvement goals,
while ensuring that departmental budgets and objectives are met.
You will also participate in the on-call rotation for phone support
and collaborate with other departments to maintain service
