Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare seeking a Medical Surgical, Tele Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Niagara Falls, NY. /n Job Function: /n - Night Shift. /n - 3x12. /n - Assess daily patient care needs and collaborate with care team members to ensure effective treatment. /n /n - Provide and oversee chronic hemodialysis therapy for both inpatients and outpatients. /n /n - Recognize and report patient conditions that deviate from normal to the appropriate healthcare team. /n /n - Administer prescribed medications and document medical justification and outcomes. /n /n - Educate patients and families by identifying learning needs and providing ongoing instruction. /n /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). /n - Current, valid RN license for the state of which you are working in. /n - 1 years of Medical Surgical/Tele RN experience is required. /n - BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are required. /n - Cerner EMR experience is highly preferred. /n /n Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
