Job Description:

A Surgical Technologist, also known as an operating room technician or scrub tech, assists in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel. They are responsible for maintaining the sterile field, preparing surgical instruments and equipment, and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures.*Key Responsibilities:** *Preoperative Duties:** Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile drapes.* Sterilize equipment and ensure all surgical tools are functioning properly.* Assist with patient preparation, including positioning and draping.* Count supplies and instruments before the surgery begins.* *Intraoperative Duties:** Pass instruments, supplies, and sterile items to the surgeon during procedures.* Maintain a sterile field and monitor the environment to prevent infection.* Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:* Day shiftWork Location: On the roadby Jobble
