As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop meaningful relationships with them and their families.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse with Willcare, you will be responsible for providing and directing provisions of nursing and personal care to patients in their homes. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate the plan of care and ensure continuity of patient care.Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and in accordance with the plan of care/service plan.
• Complete clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements.
• Ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by payer source and agency policy.
• Develop and revise individualized plans of care and/or service plans according to federal and/or state program requirements.Requirements
  • A minimum of one year experience as an RN preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in state of practice.
  • Current drivers license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
