Manager is a member of the Operational Excellence team, reporting
directly to the Director Operational Excellence User Adoption and
is responsible to design experiential learning experiences to drive
adoption for Operational Excellence projects. Collaborates with a
broad set of partners and audiences, internally and externally.
To ensure we hire the right person for the position, we are open to
a remote work arrangement with ability to travel 50% or more as
What Great Looks Like in the Role
This critical role will create learning experiences to support all
phases of projects with the goal of sustaining adoption over time.
Successful candidate will identify and oversee the development of
specific functional and technical training to support user
adoption, and partner with key stakeholders to create communication
and training plans that drive user adoption in alignment with True
Required Skills and Experience
Associate or Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience
7-10 years' experience that includes 2-3 years' experience with
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across the
Demonstrated project and change management experience.
Knowledge of Adult learning principles.
Experienced in instructional design for varied delivery methods
(eLearning, Instructor Led Training, Virtual)
Strong working knowledge navigating Enterprise LMS and database
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite application such as Word,
Experienced in working with eLearning and other virtual training
Experience in Quality Assurance, lean methodologies or Six Sigma is
Technical or Soft Skill training certifications/licenses
