This position is pivotal in developing and implementing electrical solutions that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our energy systems across the U.S. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive industry experience to oversee complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with both national and company standards. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of electrical systems within the energy sector. Design, test, and implement electrical systems and infrastructure across various projects. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure project requirements are met. Lead the development of project specifications, calculations, and documentation. Ensure all engineering projects comply with industry and safety standards, as well as customer requirements. Manage, mentor, and lead junior engineers within the team. Stay updated with the latest energy industry trends and technologies. Provide technical support during emergencies and system disruptions. Proficient in CAD and other electrical engineering design tools. Strong understanding of smart grid technologies and renewable energy systems. Superior project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) beneficial.
