Job Description:
At Constellation, a leader in providing comprehensive energy
solutions across the U.S., we are currently seeking a dedicated
Reactor Vessel Engineer to join our focused Engineering &
Architecture team. This role is essential for maintaining the
integrity and performance of our reactor vessels, vital components
in our energy generation process. The Reactor Vessel Engineer will
apply specialized knowledge of engineering principles and practices
across a broad range of assignments and related fields, working
closely with both field and management teams to ensure the
effective operation of our nuclear facilities. Perform regular
inspections and maintenance on reactor vessels to ensure
operational efficiency and safety compliance. Analyze vessel
performance data to identify patterns and predict potential issues
before they arise. Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule
repairs and verify the implementation of proper repair
methodologies. Update and maintain detailed documentation on
reactor vessels' conditions and the interventions performed.
Support the development and implementation of new technologies or
process improvements related to reactor vessel operations. Lead and
mentor junior engineers and technical staff. Ensure compliance with
all applicable regulations and safety standards. Proficient in the
use of diagnostic tools and software relevant to nuclear reactors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent
communication and documentation skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Required: Professional Engineer
(PE) license. Preferred: Certification in Nuclear Vessel Inspection
or similar.
