organization in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a
Electrician I to join their team. As a Electrician I, you will be
part of the Facilities department supporting the maintenance and
installation of electrical systems across the site. The ideal
candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to
detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: Electrician I (Direct Hire) Location:
Salamanca, NY Pay Range: $23-$27 Shift: 1st (7am-3pm) Tues-Sat or
Sun-Thurs, may go to 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) after a year What's the
Job? Install and service all phases of commercial electrical
systems, including service entrances, distribution, emergency
generator systems, and advanced lighting systems. Maintain and
repair machinery, equipment, and electrical systems in accordance
with electrical code specifications, blueprints, and manuals.
Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical apparatus,
transformers, motors, and electronic components using test
equipment. Install power supply and control wiring for new
machines, motors, conveyors, HVAC equipment, and automated control
systems following blueprints and standards. Perform preventative,
corrective, and emergency maintenance on building wiring,
communication wiring, and data wiring as needed. What's Needed?
Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment. High school
diploma or its equivalency required. Recent graduates with an
Associate's degree in an electrical field Five (5) years of
hands-on electrical experience, including three (3) years in a
commercial, industrial, or institutional environment. Knowledge of
NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E standards is essential. Ability to read
blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams; strong
problem-solving skills; and good manual dexterity. What's in it for
