Job Description Job Description Our client is seeking a
dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine
Operator, you will be a part of the production department
supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and
excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the
organization. Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Location: Glen Rock,
PA Pay Range: $22/hr Shift: 2nd Monday-Thursday What's the Job? Set
up and operate CNC machines for routing wood and plastics to meet
production requirements. Alter G Code, feed rates, and spindle
speeds to ensure precision and quality. Use precision measuring
tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers for quality
control. Drive forklift to organize materials and manage inventory
for production needs. Perform routine maintenance and small repairs
on CNC equipment to ensure optimal operation. What's Needed? High
school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
Preferably 2 years of experience in manufacturing or CNC
operations. Ability to read part prints and interpret technical
drawings. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and capable of
