Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance. Accurately document service work, including labor, materials used, and customer communications. Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, options, and recommendations. Uphold cleanliness, organization, and professionalism on job sites. Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency services. Coordinate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety protocols and maintain applicable certifications. Qualifications 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Valid NYS Driver's License and clean driving record. EPA 608 Certification required. OSHA 10 Certification preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong troubleshooting abilities and mechanical aptitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Organized, dependable, and committed to continuous learning.
