Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
Service Specialist to join our team in West Henrietta, New York. In
this role, you will focus on high-volume outbound calls, connecting
with clients who have enrolled in Bill Pay powered by Bill but have
not yet registered. You will play a critical role in guiding
clients through the registration process, addressing questions, and
ensuring they fully understand the product. This is a long-term
contract opportunity, ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic,
client-focused environments. Responsibilities: • Conduct
high-volume outbound calls to assist clients with registration for
Bill Pay powered by Bill. • Provide exceptional service and support
to clients, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly. •
Follow up on outstanding items to ensure completion in line with
established service level agreements. • Develop a strong
understanding of Paychex products, industry policies, and
procedures to better support clients. • Identify areas for
improvement within processes and collaborate with leadership to
implement changes. • Utilize systems and software tools, including
Salesforce and Adobe Flex, to document interactions and manage
workflows effectively. • Serve as a mentor to less experienced team
members, offering guidance and support. • Accurately input data
while maintaining prioritization and organization to meet
deadlines. • Monitor and report on metrics to evaluate performance
and ensure compliance with company standards.• At least 2 years of
experience in customer service roles. • Comfortable handling
high-volume outbound calls and engaging with clients. • Proven
ability in customer outreach and relationship management. • Strong
resilience and motivation to achieve goals and meet metrics. •
Proficient in using systems such as Salesforce, Adobe Flex, and
other software tools. • Familiarity with industry policies,
procedures, and compliance standards. • Excellent organizational
and prioritization skills. • Experience with data input and
maintaining accurate records.
