Job Description:
Liro Group, a prestigious leader in engineering, construction
management, and technology solutions, is looking for a skilled
Construction Manager to join our team in Buffalo. This role is
critical in overseeing our construction projects within the urban
infrastructure sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time,
within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal
candidate will bring expertise in managing complex construction
projects, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Plan,
coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects from
development to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule
deliverables and estimate costs. Oversee all onsite and offsite
constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety
regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and
subcontractors. Select tools, materials and equipment and track
inventory. Meet contractual conditions of performance. Review the
work progress on daily basis. Prepare internal and external reports
pertaining to job status. Plan ahead to prevent problems and
resolve any emerging ones. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft
contracts and obtain permits and licences. Ensure quality
construction standards and the use of proper construction
techniques. Proven ability to manage construction projects
effectively. Strong knowledge of building products, construction
details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
Familiarity with construction management software packages.
Competent in conflict and crisis management. Excellent time and
project management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Construction Manager
(CCM) preferred. OSHA Certification Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is a plus.
