At JLL, a recognized leader in real estate services, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Maintenance Mechanic to join our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. As a vital component of our commitment to high-quality service, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the mechanical systems of our diverse property portfolio. This entails ensuring operational efficiency, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs. Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of all mechanical and electrical equipment. Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and control systems. Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations. Liaise with management and staff to coordinate maintenance schedules. Supervise and mentor junior mechanics and technicians. Regularly inspect equipment for any signs of wear or failure. Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports. Advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
